How to Make ginger–Clove–honey Tea (1–2 servings)
You’ll need:

Fresh ginger, 2–3 cm (sliced thin)

3–4 whole cloves

2 cups water

1 Tbsp honey (add to taste)

Optional: lemon wedge for brightness

Steps:

Bring water to a boil.

Add ginger and cloves; simmer 10 minutes.

Strain into a mug, stir in honey (and lemon if you like).
